In the renowned for its quality of olive oil area of Crete, Zakros, the extra virgin olive oil is produced, with acidity 0.3% from the variety “Koroneiki”. It has a golden green colour, a balanced bitter-sweet flavour, duration of aftertaste and a fruity scent. The undeniable quality comes from care, diligence, attention, processing and standardization based on International Specifications.
