When you order products from Greedelfein’s you can be assured we will ship your merchandise with the utmost care. We use only the best shipping processes to deliver products right to your door! Please check the information below to review our shipping policies.
All items purchased from “Greedelfein” are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
* NOTE * Please check all addresses carefully. “Greedelfein” guarantees delivery only to the addresses that we are provided with. If we are unable to deliver the package, we will return your order to our distribution center. If the product arrives in good condition, we can send the package back out to you and charge you only the shipping and handling. If the product does not arrive in good condition, you will be responsible for the charges of a new order.
Most orders are shipped within 96 hours Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 15:00 pm (UTC/GMT +2 hours) regarding all Europe orders. For orders outside EU, products are shipped within 110 hours.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight/volume of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Additionally, please note that delivery time is based on “business” days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it’s impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed.
• A signature will always be required upon delivery.
• We do not deliver on weekends and holidays.
• Although we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time and requested delivery day.
• If your gift recipient or recipient is not present at the time of delivery, DHL will automatically re-deliver the next business day. If your recipient is still not present the next day, DHL will leave a note on the door with the package’s tracking number and the local phone number of the nearest DHL agency. It will be up to your gift recipient to contact DHL and schedule an appointment for delivery.
Furthermore, please note that products delivered outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to custom clearance and relevant fees; the company cannot be held liable for any other costs that may be added to these subject to different national legislations. We cannot know in advance what these charges may be; on the contrary, the consumer is in a better position to have knowledge or be aware of them or, at least, of the possibility of their existence and, for this reason, we recommend you check this possibility before placing an order on our website.
Each country has its own customs policy, so you should first contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please bear in mind that, when ordering from greedelfein.com, you are considered the importer of goods and must observe all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving goods.
• A few countries may apply a duty tax (see below). The tax is not applied consistently and cannot be assessed in advance. Please note that in some instances, the custom clearance process may delay delivery.

Tracking your package
You will receive your tracking number via email upon shipment and we will keep you informed of the progress of your package each step of the way until final delivery. At such time, a delivery receipt notification will be emailed to you within 3 hours of delivery with the name of the consignee as well as the local time of delivery. Our monitoring service tracks each package in real time as soon as they ship. If for any reason there is a delay (or the possibility of a delay) in delivery we will know right away and will contact you accordingly.
